About Land Of Ceylon

Land Of Ceylon was founded in 2026 with a clear vision, to help travellers experience Sri Lanka in a more personal and meaningful way.

The idea began with a simple observation. Many travellers either follow generic tour packages or struggle to plan their journeys independently. We saw an opportunity to create something different, a more flexible and supportive way to explore Sri Lanka.

The foundation of Land Of Ceylon comes from a combination of real-world travel experience and technical expertise. With a background in business, IT, and web development, the team built a platform designed to make travel planning easier, more accessible, and more personalised.

In addition, experience in the tourism field, including formal training through the Sri Lanka Tourism Board, has helped shape a deeper understanding of how to guide travellers effectively.

Having travelled across Sri Lanka and explored its diverse regions, we wanted to share those experiences with others, helping travellers discover not just the popular destinations, but the real beauty of the island.
