A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm your booking and secure the travel arrangements.

The remaining balance must be paid before your trip begins. The exact due date will be shared with you during the booking process.

If you need to cancel, you should notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will then review the arrangements with the relevant suppliers and request any available refunds where applicable.

Refunds depend on the policies of hotels, transport providers, activity providers and other suppliers involved in your trip. Some services may be fully refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable.

No. LAND OF CEYLON (PVT) LTD does not add its own cancellation penalty. However, supplier charges, bank fees and payment-related costs may still affect the refund amount.

Yes. Refunds may be affected by supplier deductions, bank charges, transfer fees and currency exchange rate differences at the time of processing.

Your itinerary will clearly show what is included. If accommodation is part of the trip, the hotels or room category will be listed in your itinerary or booking confirmation.
